We purchased a mattress at the Lincoln Square location a few days ago, and I just wanted to commend the manager, Bob, for his superior customer service.  We recently purchased a new home, and unfortunately all of the various work we've had done has been a comedy of errors when dealing with carpet installation, painting, home security, furniture delivery, etc. 

Every single one of these companies has seriously dropped the ball...from making many promises they didn't keep, installing faulty equipment, not returning service calls, installing mis-measured carpet, etc. I was literally at my wit's end with the HORRIBLE service we've been receiving from everyone and then we met Bob, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to do business with. Not only did he provide us a discount, but also followed up with a personal phone call to make sure the delivery went smoothly.  THANK YOU Bob...it's nice to know there are still people that care about their customers.  Bob and the Bedding Experts have earned my business for a lifetime, and I will refer all of my friends to you.  Thanks again!
