Exceeded far beyond my expectations

I just wanted to let upper management know that my experience at the store on Wednesday April 13, 2011, located on 3302 N Milwaukee in Chicago, IL was exceptional! The sales associate that I dealt with was outstanding. His name is Luis Vasquez. He made my mattress purchase easy. His professionalism and patience with my husband and I was great. I believe, due to his knowledge, we purchased a Sterns and Fosters, which has been beyond my expectation. He has great customer service skills and I was very pleased when he gave us a call after the delivery to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. I hope that this sales associate is made aware of my great experience and when I am ready to furnish my other rooms, even though I live far, rest assured that I will be back to see Luis Vasquez. Dear Bedding Experts,

Whenever I receive excellent service at any type of store, I make sure to give credit to the company and salesperson.

Last week, my water bed mattress broke after about 15 years and I was forced to get a new one. I visited the Homewood Bedding Experts where I met the salesman Tony.

Tony explained to me that water bed mattresses are no longer in production, but introduced me to Sealy Posturpedic. Tony was very informative, and explained to me how the mattress was the best choice for me because of my bad back and was still within my budget. I have been sleeping on the bed for a week now and I love it. Because of the great service I got, I will always buy my beds from Tony at the Bedding Experts!

Like buying from friends

Bedding Experts on Elston hooked me up! I'm a little behind on this review since I purchased from them over 3 months ago but they treated me so well that I remembered eventually.

The people here are very straight to the point and fair. I was given the bottom line price from the start and after comparing I found that it was the best around.  And they threw in two amazing pillows that I now cannot sleep without! Special thanks to Jay Pinedo who worked very hard to make a deal and Neil Andree who was there to ensure product satisfaction. See these guys if you need a bed. It's like buying from friends.

Pleased with our Bedding Experts experience

After checking out three or four other mattress stores, my wife and I had a fair sense of what's available on the market.  Still, we put in the requisite research when we arrived here.  Neil, the manager on duty, gave us plenty of time and answered our questions about frames, filling, etc., and ultimately my wife and I purchased from here.

Neil helped accommodate our delivery schedule, as I didn't want to take receipt of the product until three or four days after buying the bed set (due to a holiday, a Sunday, and needing to schedule freight elevator time for my building).

The delivery guys were courteous and professional, phoning 15 minutes before their arrival.  They set up the bed frame, box spring and mattress within five minutes and were gone without making a mess.

So far my wife and I have had 10 days of sleeping on the new bed, and we're pleased with our Bedding Experts experience.

Courteous and friendly service

This particular location for the Bedding Experts stood out to me because I often shop at the Petsmart and Target and I was in the market for new beds.  On August 19th I stopped into the N. Elston location to get a price quite on some Queen size beds to replace in my grandmother's home since the two beds she had was past due to be put out to pasture permanently.  The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by salesman Neil Andree who was very friendly and very personable telling me he would be with me after he was done with the customer before me.

He answered my questions and showed me various styles of mattresses and covered all price ranges and he gave me a really food deal on 2 full size mattresses(valued at $700 each) that he upgraded to Queen size and threw in a bed frame for free all for $878.00 since they were having a sale.  I got great service that was courteous and friendly and if you are in the market for a new bed go to this location and ask for Neil you won't be sorry.  The shop had a Yelp sticker on the front to show it came highly recommended by Yelpers who shopped here.

My fiancée and I (don't tell mom - we're not married yet) bought a Sealy Spring free somethin-or-other with vinyl foam core and a vinyl top (all vinyl, all the way, baby).  Everyone has different bed prefs, so the actual make/model is irrelevant.  For us, we like the extra super squishy cloud-like plush beds, and now we have one!  The point is they carry Sealy, which is the best name in the biz, hands down.

Neil helped us out, and he was a pro.  I've bought beds twice before and each time felt like I was dealing with a shady drug dealer. ("psst, you wanna bed man? I got what you NEED man!") Neil was super-informed (actually told us way more than we cared to know), was not pushy, and he worked within our price range to score us an extra floor model he happened to have in that was super clean and brand new, and cost half the price of the actual model.

For the record, in all honesty we were really just trying to check out the bed in person before buying it online, but in the end we went with Neil because he matched their price on an even better bed.  The really cool thing was I felt comfortable enough with Neil to be honest with him about our intentions, and he even looked up the bed to see exactly what competition he was up against and showed us the floor model, acknowledging that his was the only way he was able to compete with the incredible sale the website was running.

I waited 3 months to write this to make sure we were still happy with the bed we purchased, and the verdict is in:

Shining example of professionalism

I would like to take a time out to acknowledge the efforts and talents of Mr. Joe Kiefer at the Bedding Experts at 3145 N Halsted store in Chicago, Illinois.

I came into the store with the intention of looking and getting quotes.  By the time Mr. Kiefer showed me the difference in the mattresses and spoke on each one, I didn't have a need to go any further.  I like a salesperson that knows their merchandise, he sold me on buying a queen size pillow top Stearns and Foster Mattress.

The clientele that come through this store should be especially grateful to have a person of his caliber working for Bedding Experts.  His shining example of professionalism and his conscientious attention to detail has proven to be an ideal model for his peers as well as subordinates to emulate.  I look forward to seeing him every time I come into Bedding Experts.

Our residents were thrilled

On behalf of Lake County Residential Development Corporation and our program the Mary Pat Maddex Place, I want to thank you once again for your assistance in getting us the mattresses at cost for our program.  Your crew delivered them last Wednesday and was very efficient and cordial with my staff.  Kathy reported they were a pleasure to work with!

All of our residents were thrilled to have the new beds delivered.  Some of the children told us that their old beds were so uncomfortable that they usually slept on the floor or the couch.  They are all now sleeping in their beds and getting the rest they need.

Again, many thanks for your support of our program and making a difference in the lives of the women and children we serve.

Never been happier with any bed

I recently bought my daughter bunk beds but didn't buy the mattresses offered because I knew I could get a better deal. 8 years ago, I bought a queen pillow top from Chuck and have never been happier with any bed. I went back to Chuck in Oak Lawn and bought 2 twin mattresses. My first thoughts were to go with the cheapest. I figured I'd have to replace them before long anyway. After taking Chuck's advice and laying in each mattress I found one I knew my daughter would love and boy, does she love it!!! Thanks, Chuck, not only for a wonderful buying experience but also for listening to my concerns.

I used to compare bed salesmen to car salesmen

I use to compare bed salesman to car salesman, never took all that babble for truth, but after the past few night of sleep I have had on my new Stearns And Foster I now know the significance of it all. Just amazing, and a pressure free and professional purchase led to me having the best sleep I can recall in a long time. I purchased several matresses at your Gurnee Mills location years ago.  Seventeen years later, I found myself in the market again and my friend highly recomended Mike.  I visited various other stores in the area but knew once I met Mike this was the salesperson and store I wanted to purchase my mattress from.

I was greeted by his warm inviting demeanor and smile as well as his product knowledge.  He was very patiend and answered all of my questions. Hee was always very polite and made me feel welcome to visit the store.

We just returned from purchasing a mattress set at your Valparaiso, IN store.  Nick, the manager, was most helpful and even let us come in 5 mins after closing time.  We are very happy with the service we have received thus far.  Our new mattress will be delivered next Thurseday!

Had our new mattress for 6 months and absolutely love it!

We bought a mattress a few years ago at a furniture store. We basically went in and picked out a name brand and size. At first, we thought we got a great deal because the patterns didnt match on the box spring and mattress, but soon found out it was very uncomfortable.

After suffering through our big savings, we went to several other stores just looking, but didn't receive the attention we got from Josh. He had us try out every different mattress they had and asked various questions about sleep habits to ensure we got the right mattress. We've had our new memory foam mattress for over 6 months and absolutely love it! I wont tell you which one, because as Josh will tell you: "the right mattress is a matter of preference."

Incredibly Helpful

This place is amazing! We got such a phenomenal deal on our new queen sized Sealy memory foam mattress and the guy there, Josh, was INCREDIBLY helpful. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him, which is what we experienced at other places. If you're in the market for a new bed, you HAVE to go here!!!
